The experience at Fish & Associates begins the moment someone calls or walks through the door, and Morgan is proud to help set the tone. As Executive Assistant and unofficial Director of First Impressions, she ensures every client feels welcomed, supported, and confident from the start. Since joining the firm in September 2025, she has thrived in its fast-paced environment, keeping schedules on track and details running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Earlier in her career, many of Morgan’s roles required her to work in either remote office settings or fully remote positions. Over time, she realized she preferred being in the office, where she could respond quickly, build meaningful connections, and create a warm, steady presence for clients.
A Memphis native, Morgan earned a double major in psychology and criminal justice from the University of Memphis. She began her career in the re-entry field, helping recently incarcerated and soon-to-be-released individuals secure training and stable career paths before transitioning into executive support roles within the financial services industry. This foundation sharpened her instincts, strengthened her ability to anticipate needs, and continues to shape the thoughtful, attentive support she provides today.
Outside the office, Morgan enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her dogs, Kilo and Romeo. She treasures time with family as well, especially their lively (and highly competitive) game nights.
